We offer you a minimum of 25 group classes per week – from barre to yoga, dance and pilates. The schedule may change from week to week so you can try many different types of movement classes.
Workshops

We offer you a variety of workshops, mainly on the weekends, in many different styles! Members get 25% discount on workshops.
