Get ready for summer with this amazing offer! Twice a week you will train with the same teacher in a closed group, to get you ready for the summer season. You will also get an additional class (choose any open class from our schedule) per week.
Work with a combination of barre, pilates and ballet for long, lean, toned muscles and the elegance and grace of a dancer.
NO previous experience necessary, you don’t need to be fit to join! We start from 0 and build up from where YOU are and every week, you will see improvements! Are you ready to get started?
We’ll use tools like balls and elastic bands to help us get and even more efficient workout. You’ll train in a way that is gentle for the body but efficient, and get long, lean muscles and graceful movements.
You don’t need any prior experience to join – you’ll get a thorough introduction to all you need to know in your first class. All the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level, and you’ll quickly see and feel increased strength, stamina, endurance, control and mobility.
With this 4-week course, you get structure and motivation for your training. Your teacher will be Caroline, who is an experienced dance and barre instructor.
During the course 4 weeks you get:
– 2 Bikini Bootcamp classes per week
– 4 bonus classes that you can choose freely from our schedule of open classes
– A closed group to train with (the same people every class)
– Guidance and feedback from an experienced teacher
After 4 weeks you will notice that you have:

After the 4 weeks, you will be well on your way to establishing healthy training habits and ready to continue on the open classes. You’ll get 4 passes for any open classes of your choice to try an extra class each week during the course.
Wear comfortable, tight-fitting clothes that you can move around in. You can borrow a mat at the studio or bring your own mat.
Do not hesitate to ask the teacher if you are in doubt about anything. If you have injuries, worries or anything else that requires special consideration, tell your teacher before the class starts.
