Got Questions? We Have Answers
A wide variety of classes available
For all our classes, please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily. For classes like barre, ballet, yoga and pilates, it is best if you wear tight-fitting clothes. This allows the teacher to more easily give you feedback.
For classes where you need shoes, please note that outdoor shoes are NOT permitted. You must wear dance (indoor) shoes and no shoes with black soles permitted.
Bring a bottle of water and your comfortable clothes. For some classes (yoga, barre, stretch) you may bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, you can also borrow one at the studio.
All our classes, unless otherwise stated, are open-level classes. This means that you do not need any experience to join! All levels are welcome.
If you get tired during your class, you are of course welcome to take a rest. We have a lounge area just by the studio that you are welcome to use.
You must leave your belongings in the changing room, but may bring valuables into the studio and keep them in the white cupboard while participating in your class. It is not permitted to leave these on the floor in the studio.
Your participation in class is at your own risk. It is up to you and your doctor to determine if your condition or injury prevents you from joining a class.
If you do join a class but have a condition, injury or are pregnant please let the instructor know.
The class schedule changes depending on the availability of the teachers. We guarantee you a wide selection of classes, with minimum 25 classes per week to choose from.
If you need to leave early please let the teacher know before the start of the class.
