A wide variety of classes available
First, you need to create a profile and purchase your membership or class pass option. You can do that here.
Then you have 2 options:
- Download the app “Mindbody” for iphone or android and seach for Inflow. Add to your favorites. Log in to your Inflow account and book/cancel your classes directly from the app!
- Go to the schedule on the website here and click “Book” for the class you wish to book. Log in and book the class. You can do the same to cancel your class.

For all our classes, please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily. For classes like barre, ballet, yoga and pilates, it is best if you wear tight-fitting clothes. This allows the teacher to more easily give you feedback.
For classes where you need shoes, please note that outdoor shoes are NOT permitted. You must wear dance (indoor) shoes and no shoes with black soles permitted.
Bring a bottle of water and your comfortable clothes. For some classes (yoga, barre, stretch) you may bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, you can also borrow one at the studio.
Your participation in class is at your own risk. It is up to you and your doctor to determine if your condition or injury prevents you from joining a class.
If you do join a class but have a condition, injury or are pregnant please let the instructor know.
If you need to leave early please let the teacher know before the start of the class.
If you have booked a spot in a class, you can cancel your booking online up to 2 hours before the class with no charge. If you book the class and do not show up, you will be charged a no-show fee. This no-show fee is 25 DKK for Monthly Memberships, and if you have a single or 10-class card for classes you will be charged for the class. You must sign in with the teacher at the start of the class to avoid a no-show fee. This is your own responsibility.
At this time it is not possible to put memberships on hold.
